Just completed first fal build; imbel parts on a coonan receiver. Spent some time at the range & got 1-2 inch groups at 100 yards, but had about 40% of rounds fail to feed. Any pointers?

surplus ammo or bad headspace......... try good ammo first, new stuff.
Then have someone else headspace for you to check it.
