I just got my order status to display. I have a backordered part. I e-mailed them and asked them to either send what they got, or cancel the backordered part and I would buy it later. I just need the parts that are available, you all know what I mean.

Think they'll help me out?

They have listened intently to all my requests. I have had to change and modify orders midstream. Always a prompt response and correct handling.

I'd like to check my order status as well, but you guys have it ALL CLOGGED UP!

I did e-mail them, and have always had a good relationship with them. I ordered stuff on the 9th and this was the first time I could check the status. Damn G1 hogs. ;)

Yes they do listen, in fact she had already taken care of the problem prior to me asking.
This is a first class company, I know I'm preaching to the choir, but it is very true.
