Noticed a prob the last few days while Im logged on, usually at the active topics search. Then Ill go run some errands and leave the pc and window going. Ill come back and refresh or click on a topic and I become logged out on the new page.
This is with netscape with usual cookie settings that Ive used before, pc does not have sleep mode enabled either. :confused:

sounds more like a problem with a session variable timing out rather than a cookie

Must be on the server end then, havent changed anything on my side.

Pogo, it does it to me too. I haven't changed anything on my computer, empty my Temp. Internet files regularly, allow cookies, yada, yada, yada, but it still happens all the time.
There is some glitch that logs you out when you mark all posts read also. After about 6-10 times of doing that, you find yourself logged out.
It's not that big of a deal, and I've grown used to it, but I think Jen still needs to know.
