L1A1 on Imbel has front site with obvious tilt to right. Can I just back the rec. off a ch until it is level or would I need to start from scratch w/ a new breeching washer?

The rifle functions great and is -very- accurate. Am I being too picky? Thoughts, please.

Is it overtimed or undertimed? If overtimed, you probably need a slightly larger breaching washer (0.00173" per ten degrees). If its under timed, more torque should do. If its very accurate and shooting to point of aim, leave it alone.

Don't forget, every 6 degrees of barrel rotation changes your headspace 0.001 in.

IF its shooting correctly leave it. if its off just turn the barrel.
Its probably not off too much that you cant' just retune without affecting your washer. depending on the amount of torque that was used to tune it to begin with. Do check your head space afterwards as you've allready read.
