Can anyone tell me what I have here? I'm led to believe it is an FN production.

I have the following pics of all markings. The serial numbers match, 75989.

The bolt has a number 16 within an oval, stamped twice.

(EDIT) dude is asking $80 for the pair. I'm thinking I need to jump on this, just checking with the authorities first

Thanks for the assist.

Looks like Steyr, StG 58. Not FN.

STG-58 for sure, austrian proofs and the hollow piston imprint on the carrier.

Yeah, it's Steyr (Austrian) for sure...for $80 for that pair, if you don't take it, I WILL! Seriously, if you don't buy it, send me that dude's contact info...

Thank you all for the detailed information, especially the hollow piston rod marks on the carrier being indicative of an Austrian model STG-58. I did not know that.
The knowledge base here on all things FAL is far above any other resource available, that I'm aware of. I appreciate your time.

I bought them both. They are going in my STG.
