looking to get an ak 7.62x39 or variant or one that shoots .308.. there are so many types out there that i am lost. I like the traditional stock rifles but think a side folder may be the way to go.
Probably stamped for weight savings ???
legal 16" bbl.
Do like the idea of GI rear site on the dust cover, think it was a Krebs rifle? But his rifles are to spendy for me.
Just want a weapon where the parts are heat treated correctly, sights are vertically correct, quality based and a weapon that will go boom everytime.
This weapon will be a beater truck gun, used and somewhat abused.
Any thoughts, ideas and pics will be appreciated.
thanks

Somewhat abused? Hard cases R not that expensive & cleaning doesn't take long...
