View Full Version : Parkerizing stove at Home Depot

Stopped by the HD for some stuff and noticed that Coleman Parkerizing stoves are on sale for $33.75. Coleman says it is a camping stove but we know better. Its the propane model with electronic ignition. These are $50+ elsewhere.
See if Lowes or any of HD's competitors will match the price.
I no longer shop at HD since I found out the owner is one of the largest contributors to Handgun Control Inc.

L/FN, I'm with you but sometimes you can't pass up a good deal.
Lowes and HD both support causes I don't care for. I figure, at $33, they are selling it at or near cost and don't make any money on it. HD was closing out loose sockets for $1 each. Same ones sold at Sears for $6-7. When HD closes out a product, the stuff goes for cheap.
I thought Lowes supported handgun inc and HD "alternative" lifestyles?

It is well worth the money to spend a couple extra bucks and add a conversion to these to take the big refillable bottles. Cheaper to run and you don't have to worry about running out of gas in the middle of a job.

And pretty easy to do. I did the same yrs ago to a small grill that I was using for camping. Large bottles will deffinatly be better for you.
