That sounds like a beautiful set and would look great on an early L1A1 build.

Pistol grips and popsicle sticks will be done this weekend. I'm still waiting for this 30 router bit I had to order from the UK. I needed to make that bevel bevel by the tang before I can shape them.

Here's what I got so far, pictures are on the last thread page.

Don't be afraid to ask. :bigangel:

Kind of a tough question. Stocks are generally 300-350 shipped, depending on the cut of wood. I sometimes also have seconds that go for cheaper, usually something minor.
This one almost saw my woodstove.

I usually do a three-piece set for $700 shipped.... stock , pg, hand guards.

They don't fly off the shelf at that price, but that's ok. My wrists couldn't take it . I only had to make about a dozen jigs for the L1A1 stuff so far. It takes a little bit of reverse engineering, especially those hand guards. I had 150 hours in making jigs on those before I ever completed one.... and they still take a while to make. When my tab supply runs out I will be done making them.
