Thanks to yellowhand's posts about .357 Sig in Glocks, I picked up a G32 a few weeks ago and shot it last Saturday. It's my new favorite Glock. It didn't feel as much like a G23 as I thought it would.

It didn't feel like a G23 meaning what? More stout recoil than the 23? Less? Different pulse?

That 357 cartridge is a spectacular round. I did quite a bit of testing in the mid 90's with my Sig 229, 239, a Sigma 357 (yes, they made a few) and a friend's G32.

I have never found a handgun cartridge that could beat it for accuracy, especially at longer range. I could shoot better groups at 50 yards with it than the .40 at 25. Tested it for penetration against old washers and car bodies scum left in the AZ desert, it wasn't quite as good as an M1 carbine, but much better than 9mm and .45, and about the same as a 180gr 10mm FMJ.

Actually my 32 auto almost did as well as my friend's .45. Always been underwhelmed by the .45, that's why I never owned one.
