Okay, I am new to post here. My cousin has a CAC45-1 and it is missing the firing pin, I really don't know where to find possible replacement parts and I can't find how the pin is retained, doesn't look like there is a slot for the normal 1911 firing pin retainer to be used. Any help with possible parts and a complete breakdown would be great. I can find a the field strip photo but no complete photo. Thanks

Thanks for the heads up. I have checked that web site, field strip only. I never thought about Numrich.

After looking at pictures of that rare bird, I'm guessing the fp will come out if you remove the thumb safety. I would be surprised if Numrich had one but it can't hurt to ask. I'm thinking you will have to have one made.
