I was thinking about installing one, but was wondering if it installs on standard threads? I don't want to go with it if I have to modify my barrel. Thanks in advance.

Thanks brother that will make me not get it. Not looking for any extra mods. It's a Century gun I removed the pinned on century muzzle device from.

I have a couple of them with out the locking key and they work fine. I just flattened one side of the locking key and installed it for looks.

I've got a number of them available, new or like new, if you decide you want one. Torques with the right timing washer and you probably don't need the key. Unless you are trying to pull a bayonet out of something it is stuck in, then the key is probably important.

Correctly fitted timing washer and torqued down with a bit of high temp Loktite, and mine hasn't moved.
