The 433 was reportedly a cost effective rifle. The German military said the 416 was too spendy.

I bet I still can't justify it. Or afford it. lel

So the company that rode the CETME design to fame has come out with a blatant theft of the CZ and SCAR designs. Of course, the G-36 was simply the AR-18 in polymer.

There is nothing new under the sun when it comes to firearms, been that way for a century. All that remains is refinement of what already exists. HK is pretty good at that.

That may be so. Still, if they come out with one in 7.62 NATO and it uses G3 mags, I`m buying.
