A few lucky Lithuanians made the deal of the century buying an Honest to God M14 for the amazing low sum of 350 Euros,
Now they want them back.

I love how their president was getting some range time with the M14. In the US, there wouldn't be much asking going on to get the rifles back.

Will be curious to see how this pans out.......I want to take a look back also at the few M-14NM rifles that were sold here in U.S. as to how many and in fact that only one remained in private hands.

As I recall the Army itself objected to the M-14M program, as the modifications required to make them "non-automatic" rendered the rifle incapable of being readily restored to M-14 standard in case of wartime demand.
