This looks like an interesting 9mm pistol version of the AK that has mag wells for either the Beretta or Glock. MSRP is fairly reasonable, been seing the prices between $549-$569. Looks like they are going through some teething problems with it though:

and the video review and shooting starts at the 24 minute mark:

Interesting. Now they need to offer it in a carbine version which is easily convertible to an SBR.

Yes, interesting.
Not impressed.
And it's ugly as hell.
But if they can get it reliable and deuglify the thing I could be very interested in one as a companion to my 92F. That hand guard/adapter and the rails look like puke.
Thanks for posting.

I'm sure there will be folks tinkering with this. I think the problems I've been reading about are with the magwell adapter. That handgaurd is a mass of plastic with too many rails. I would have loved to see this use HK MP5 mags. Could have used the cheap Korean mags floating around out there for $15

Waiting for Kalashnikov USA KR9... if ever released.

If this works and you can put other furniture, I'll be interested. Though it won't look as good with the Glock mag as a Vityaz style mag.

Those mags rarely work in the gun for which they were intended, don't see how they could make them work any better in this.
I bought three of the gen 4 KCI mags, all junk. Sold them at a loss because HKParts wouldn't take them back if they had been inserted into a gun.
I will freely admit I thought the same thing as to making it work with MP5 mags, though. But for costs it's much better that it was built for $10 (92F) mags vs $70 (HK) mags.

This guy worked out the kinks he was having in this video. Looks like he had no problem getting a stock on it:

Pretty clear.

The Russians stole the Calico helical magazine idea for the Bizon. No reason people can't take this pistol and modify the magwell to take Calico mags.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the clarification.
