We have one particular dealer here in Canada who with the help of a German based gunsmith, has ruined Garand parts and is selling dangerous rifles to the public. He has been notified of the hazardous conditions and yet still advertises them for sale.

Check out this thread first for a laugh, then it spirals into criminal endangerment. If you know of anyone who may have purchased one of these rifles tell them to check it over thoroughly or send it back for a refund.

Consider this a public safety issue and pass it on to any and all firearm forums.

There are some really helpful guys on that forum. They helped me run down a safety spring for my '54 Husky rifle. Lot's of knowledge there too! :whiskey:

What specifically is so dangerous, although in the US I'm curious?
