PM issues?

Hey Jen, I think there's an issue with the PMs.

I have had a few disappear "enroute" and at the bottom of my screen where it tells me how many messages I have, it says 12 in all folders.

When I go to the PM screen it says I have no new ones and it only lists 4 that have been read.

Where's the rest and what folders are they in reference to?:confused: :confused: :confused:

Hey Jen, it's 14 messages now and I can only access 5.

In the user cp, click the link on the very right for PM's and then make sure the drop down on the left is set to 100 days or the max amount. This should make them all show up.

This is the message at the bottom of my screen:
"awp101 - You have 0 new message(s) since your last visit.
(You have 0 unread messages and 14 total messages in all your folders.)"

I can only see 5 messages in my PM Box (and it's set to "Beginning" for the time frame) and there are no other folders for me to check.

- When you click on the "user cp" radio button, that takes you to the front end.
- On the extreme right of the central toolbar, there is the "View All Private Messages" radio button. Click on it and get:
- The Private Messages Inbox. It has the "Show Messages from last: xx days" drop-down. Expand to "from the beginning" and all your Inbox messages are visible.

is another way to see everything you've exchanged: Incoming/Outgoing, yadayada. Try banging on all the buttons (it's what we GIs do!) and I think it'll suddenly be 'alles klar"!
