Does anyone know if you can swap out the combat sights and replace them with adjustable sights on a Danish Army P210?

In theory the fixed sights on the military issue P49 can be replaced with a set of Sig P210-6 sights. These consist of a taller target front blade and a fully adjustable rear sight. A P210 sight pusher is needed from what I have read from various sources.

Obtaining a set of target sights for the P49/P210 can be done but they like anything pertaining to this pistol are going to be pricey. Several hundred dollars at least. The sight pusher is also quite pricey. It might be cheaper to have a qualified gunsmith who knows the P49/P210 do it for you.

You do realize that modifying the Danish P49 is going to affect its collector status and value. Just how much is hard to say. If the value isn't important to you then it becomes a moot point.

I have a 1996 made P210-6 with the fixed sights. My 210 shoots to point of aim with 124 grain loads. So should a Danish issue P49 with a decent barrel.

And so it goes.

The value reduction likely makes it worth selling and buying what you want instead for the difference.
