I've got an FR-8 rifle I'm thinking about selling and trying to get an idea of a fair price to ask. I looked up some recent auctions on Gunbroker and saw them sold from $200-$600! This one has good park finish on the metal, clean shiny bore, matching number bolt, and the stock looks like it may have had some past sanding to clean it up. Thanks

Price it $450 and see where it goes from there.

OK, I was thinking about listing it for $475 shipped so maybe that's not out of line?

FWIW I just picked one up that shoots nice but needs a lot of cleaning, missing cleaning kit and sling, with 290 rounds of that blue plastic training ammo for $280. It definitely has "character" but the bore is clean and bright.

I think yours is a pretty nice specimen. Nice wood. :whiskey:

Isn't it a FALfiles commandment that "thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wood"? ;)

Agreed on his being very neat, I really like the rear sight on them.
