I picked up a DR 200, B-West Import. First Woo. It looks like new but no box or manual. I had to go on you tube to see how to break it down. Anyone have an idea of when the B-West Woo's were imported? Neat little rifle.

Not too familiar with the 200, both of mine are pre 89. Daewoo Industries ran into financial trouble in 1998 and was dismantled by the Korean Government in 1999, so I'm guessing that is your stopping point.

The DR200 should be a 1/12 twist barrel

Go here for stock adapters and low profile scope mounts

Mine came with a collapsable stock, scope mount, and AR15 type muzzle thingy. I can't believe these rifles aren't at the $1500-$2000 level. OEM built, AK piston, AR bolt and carrier, FN type gas adjust. The best features of all the great rifles.

Drop in a fast trigger (eg Timney, Tac Con, etc) with a X-15 50rd drum and watch it eat up brass

I remember they couldn't give these away in the mid-90's. I used to see them for about$400 sitting on tables at gunshows and not buying them because of lack of parts back then.

Best folding stock for the WOO

The Sturmwerkz folding stock mechanism is much better than the ACE. I have had both and now I only have the Sturmwerkz on my two DR200s

The best skeletonized stock for that folding mechanism is this one (much more substantial than the ACE)

Congratulations on picking up one of the great underrated rifles out there. Like you said, they have the best features of all the great rifles combined into a single rifle.
Get one of these and you will be very happy.
Piece of cake to install and works like a charm.
Only issue for me is that the mag release button is just a tad bit to far forward to hit easlily while the rifle is shouldered. I've got normal sized hands / fingers.

I got around to firing the Woo last weekend. Front sight is canted, I had to adjust rear sight 4-5 clicks to get it to shoot straight. No big deal, I like this rifle. I only paid $800 for it. I think it's a keeper.

Sorry to hear about the canted sight...I think a scope will make you feel better
