Took a 40 minute drive to the next nearest city with gun shops, on the hunt for a non-plastic 9mm with a decocker. I'm really lusting after a CZ 75 BD but a SIG would be close, if I could find one at my price point.

A new pawn shop had one on consignment, $600 OTD after tax and phone call, but one box and no magazines. Considering I can get a NIB CZ wtih 2 mags, etc. at just under that ($595 OTD) I thought really hard, and then walked away from it.

But I've had this $600 burning a hole in my pocket for 2 weeks now, and I keep waffling...

Oh well.

Want 9mm for ammo cost considerations. A buddy is set up to mass reload (he has a few FA toys in 9mm to feed) and walmart pricing 9mm is 30% cheapr than 40 as well...

I can see that youre impatient trying to find a CZ, but imo, you are better off with what you want instead of what other 2nd choice toy you find.

one other way you can look at it, is that its not like you would be stuck with what you buy. Its just that once you buy it, you will more than likely loose some $$$ on it if you decide to sell it, unless you can find someone like you that cant wait.

they have some on GB now.

Unless you can find a local dealer that will take a chance and bring one in for you, you may just have to buy one, shoot the snot out of it and go from there.

I paid $900 OTD for a brand new one in early Oct. of this year, came with 2 mags, plastic box etc. It had night sights, SRT and the E2 grips.

Mine is a nine.
