Hey I picked up a C93 and can't stand the plastic lower. Will a steel lower fit the C93 and hold the semi trigger pack? I also want to put an A3 stock on it eventually.

There are lots of steel G3 selective fire lowers out there. There are various vendors who convert these to be both semi-auto, and fit semi-auto lowers. HKPro and Roberts RTG are two. You need a different safety for these steel lowers. You need to pay attention to 922R. While you are at it, get a trigger job from Bill Spingfield.

A steel lower may or may not fit your C93. The receivers were built pretty "loosely". I have a C93 that the receiver is too wide and the FCG box is bent. The cheapo plastic lower that came with it allows it to function. The FCG won't fit in a steel lower and the reciever is too wide at the top for the steel lower to seat. YMMV

Thanks Blackwing. I will see if I can find a steel lower reasonable and see how it fits.

You will need a c&p steel lower to fit the C93. Or an HK style where the ears are clipped of completely. Plus there are parked which will match the C93 better than paint.
