Hi,

I am looking for this flash hider as mounted on the USMC XM3 rifle:

I know that the brand is Surefire. My search on the internet was without any result....

try these guys, they worked with DARPA to build them. the XM-3 program didn't last long.

Thank you for the info.

As far as I know the USMC still uses the rifle, is that correct?

MARSOC might, I was told by several Marine SS platoon this last year that they were only around for a handful of years for T&E.

i have had exposure to almost all of the Sniper platoons coming through Kuwait and Afghanistan since 2010 and all i have seen was the standard three rifles.

someone else might chime in, but with them showing up at CMP means they are at the end of the road and done with them.

I found some puctures on the internet where they had one in use.

I live in Europe so it is impossible to purchase one fron the US. All the specs can be found on the internet, so I decided to rebuild one. Remington 700's are availble over here, so I got a system to start.

Steve Reichert was part of the XM-3 development. I think he has an XM-3 now. He's made a few write ups on it, might have more info if you haven't already seen them.
