Looks like a standard G3 butt stock. Sling loop is on the other side in pic shown. 3 holes for 'pins' , two for the back-plate and one for the swing down lower. All should be the same size. Condition is luck of the draw as with all surplus. Check link

i think ive found that its for the G3A2 (sling mount delete my imagination)

It is for the G3, the prefix following designates the configuration its in.
G3A2= fixed stock
G3A3= collapsible stock

The three push pin holes in the stock your talking about are for the large pins, lower housings and handguards use a small pushpin. No idea why they used three unless it was to hold a spare.
A photo from the 12th Edition of Small Arms of the World by Edward Ezell confirms this was used on the Swedish G3 or AK4 as they refer to it.

The third hole is for the lowers front push pin? I don't have one of these 3 hole stocks but is it possible the front hole is for a small pin?

Black with HK is Normally for Law Enforcemment, Green would be for Military.

How many total colors were made? I know of

OD Green
Jungle Green
Iranian Brown
Saudi Tan

SAAF Green and reportedly Medium Tan also

I'm sure I am forgetting a color or 2.

They are all for the large push pins.

Large pin in front hole.

Small pin in front hole.

It just hit me!

It's for the adjustable cheek riser. It's on the clubfoot and PSG stocks too.

The stock in question does not have provisions for an adjustable cheek riser nor does the club foot stock. The SG1 stock is similar in shape and has the cheek riser but no third pin hole. There are also two guide holes that run top to bottom for the riser...you can see them at the bottom of the stock in the first photo.

I was thinking this cheek riser but the front hole does not have the metal insert. Now I have no idea why they put the extra one in the stock.
