I just bought a Sig Sauer 1911-22 at gun show this past weekend. But need to get a couple spare mags. So far, the least expensive I have found are directly from Sig, for $26.00, minus a 20 % discount.

I will most likely buy from them. Since I have been told by several people that Walther makes all of the 1911-22's ( GSG, Colt, Sig, etc, etc), my question is will all of those interchange ?

I like it real well, no FTF, FTE, etc, but the trigger needs to be smoothed up.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Regards, Stoner

If you ditch the mag safety and strip the firing pin block out of the slide you may find the trigger acceptable.

German Sports Guns make the GSG1911 and Sig 1911 .22LR pistols. Colt 1911 .22lr is made by Umarex and imported by Walther. The GSG and Sig use the same mag, the Colt uses 1 that is completely different

Yes, removing the mag safety (about 20 seconds work) dramatically helps the trigger pull. At least it did on mine.
