I read that we are delivering the first batch of Vipers to the Iraqi AF

Am I being overly cynical when I wonder how long before an uppity lieutenant decides he's going to be a hero for Allah and head for Tel Aviv?

Well,

I dont think the zealots last to long in Flight School. You would think the Saudis, Eygptians, or Syrians would have all ready done it.

If they do, they are pretty much guaranteed to find out whether the virgin deal is legit, The Israeli AF is about as good as they come.

Won't matter. In 6 months they will all be hanger queens.

Why not? we're already giving more aid and comfomfort to the enemy than damn near anyone else. Besides, we happen to have enough money to cover the cost of such foolishness, don't we?

Look up "ISIS Iraq" and you'll see why the Iraqi Army is going to get a lot of new equipment.

They've been using Cessna aircraft equipped with Hellfire missiles for awhile.

Um, the F-16 is a light, cheap, 40yr old design. The IAF can easily deal with it.

I wonder how they plan to "remove the Shia population?"...
