Picked this up (Shaved so as to accept 45ACP) to round out my trifecta with my Smith and Colt 1917.

Paid more than the Smith or the Colt though! Cost me $326.25 out the door.

I found it was interesting that the cylinder gets progressively tighter from hammer down, to cocked, to finally locking up when you pull the trigger!

Looking forward to playing with it.
(uses the same moon clips as the 1917's)

You know the bit about not using full-house .45ACP loads in pistols built for .455 Webley, right?

Maximum pressure 21,000 psi (140 MPa)

Yep.

Plan on loading up some soft lead light loads before I try her out.
As I said, it's more for having each of the three than as a shooter.

Thanks though.

ETA: I'm thinking about it!:

I know those words are in English, but they do not compute in the order you've written them.

Let me lead you into Temptation.

I've an account, and don't worry, it'll be shot.

But I didn't get it for the same reasons I got my AK74's for instance (I bought a pallet of 5.45 first)
