Wasn't sure about this rifle until I held one yesterday and I gotta say, kinda cool....the LGS had the short one and the 24 in barrel model both with nice wood stocks.price is nice too. I was thinking cool varment gun, cheap to shoot and uses pmags..,one thing that bothered me was it only comes with a 1-9 barrel...and I reload and shoot heavier bullets...what do you guys think? Anyone got one and an opinion? Might justwait for the 308 version ....just noodling it.

I like the concept of it. As always, though, I can't leave well enough alone, and want to tweak it.

I suggested on their FB page that they should offer a "Service Rifle" package.

20" chrome-lined barrel
1/7 or 1/8 twist
1/2-28 threaded flash suppressor
Adjustable rear peep sight with a M1913 rail on top of the receiver, aligned with their regular front sight.

They already have a "Flex" furniture system that enables you to hot-swap out the conventional buttstock with a pistol grip/M-4 stock combo.

My two cents.

I hope you enjoy your rifle. Congrats. I'm also looking forward to the .308 version.

They're coming soon :shades:

Threaded, changeable stock, shorter barrel etc.

I like mine. Just wish it had the threaded barrel for a can.

The Patrol is a nice start. Combine it with some features of the Flex, and I think they'd have a winner on their hands for a good rifle that could be used in all jurisdictions.
