Saw this on Shooting USA coverage of the latest SHOT show. Now I gotta have one. Comes in .22 or 9mm. Talk about raising eyebrows at the range.

i only see the .22 version but as an m1 carbine owner i would buy one just since it would be so much cheaper to shoot.hell i might even get threw my 32k rounds of .22lr ammo i have with that lmao

though it would be a tossup between that and an mp15-22 but at that price i could prolly buy both unless the mp15-22 has gone up alot in the last few months, last time i checked i think they ran around 475 ish

The MSRP is more than I paid for all of my real Carbines except the Inland I bought last year. It is also a lot more than I paid for my Iver Johnson .22 Carbine I bought used several years ago. For actual shooting I would rather have a 10/22 converted to M-1 Carbine configuration but by the time you got it done you have a lot more in it that one of these Chippawa carbines. Now we just need some .22 ammo on store shelves to shoot in it.:(
