Anyone know how to fix a g22 that will not stop jamming its all it knows. 2 rounds and a jam is its life and always has been Ive grown very annoyed with this and came to a strange place in my life where i said I felt like shooting a gun which confuses and infuriates me!

Describe the jam.

How many mags do you have to try with it? What condition and age are the mags?

Have you performed any of the basic armorer checks?

I got the gun new right when they first started the g22 its never function good its in amazing shape cuz i dont use it. I put about 600 rounds through it i have the two mags it came with. The jams are stove piping and failure to load. Its a cool gun i want it to perform tho. I got em when they only cost 300 and i see em now go for 550. So i dont wanna get ride of it just i case i miss it like my tec 22 i sold

Mine did the same thing right before the frame broke and almost went through my daughters face. It was on the recall list I wasnt aware of, sent it back and recieved a new one 3 months later.

Rather than go through a ton of questions one by one, down load these two pages from the Glock armorer's manual:

I have to use mini mags in mine to make it work correctly. Run of the mill 22LR will NOT run in it. I went to u-tube and found this.....

Mine had a gallon of dirty oil in it, well it seemed like it did. The metal piece that holds the barrel in place DOES not hold it very tight at all. I'm going to try to shim it or make another one to replace it and see if it will shoot reg. 22 LR ammo.
