Hi Ya'll......anybody convert a Glock 30 to 10mm using a Storm Lake barrel? Other than using model 29 mag, does the extractor need replaced with one from a 29 ? :shades:

Gunny, I believe that you would be better served by purchasing a NEW GLOCK model 20. Then you not apt to have various problems down the road. A premium stainless match barrel will run you $250 to $300 dollars!!! So just spend the bucks and be happy afterwords.

I have a Glock 20 that was purchased just so I could have an affordable 10mm shooter. Glocks are not my thing, but the G20 with a stainless kart is a fine pistola.

Pick one up and forget about the conversion.

Well..........I have a Glock 20 gen3 and a 21 gen3. I have a Glock 30 that I'd like to be back up gun for either using the same ammo and mags as the main gun. The Storm Lake barrel is 139.00 vs 600+ for a Glock 29....

I had a G23. Then I saw a complete G19 slide for sale and I got to thinking that would be cool to have a 9 and a 40 so I got it.

Then I got another G23 and got a LW 9mm conversion barrel for it.

Then I found a G19/23 lower so I got to thinking it would be cool to have a separate G19 instead of having to swap slides so I got it.

It always starts out with good intentions... :uhoh:

then you can shoot 10 mm, .40 S&W, .357 Sig, and the uber cool 9x25 Dillon...
