View Full Version : Thinking (again) of trading the 'Woo

So again the idea of trading my 'Woo enters my mind... I've talked myself off the ledge a few times, but in reality it's not one of my favourite guns (in particular, I don't like the 1-in-12 barrel).

Here's what I'm thinking: Trade my DR200 with ACE skeleton stock and PG for an equivalent pre-hysteria quantity of M855 ammo. For example, I value the 'Woo at $750 and M855 ammo at $.25 a round for trade purposes - then it's an even swap, value for value.

Think I'm likely to get any takers?

I doubt it. Woo's seem to be holding steady, but 5.56 is 'spendsive.

I'll trade you 440rds of 855 for that Woo! I only shoot 55gr anyway.

I guess not. Soo... if 5.56 is $1.00 a round now, how will you trade? :p

NOPE, & not in some time for that matter..
I think a Nice DR-200 with a stock conversion would have brought $1000.00 prehysteria and would most likely bring $1200.00-$1500.00 now maybe more depending on how bad somebody wants one?

Anyone that would pay $1.00 per rd for 5.56/.223 aint all that smart IMHO..
