I am trying to find out if this stock and adapter:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sig-Sauer-556-Folding-Stock-/290770031874?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43b33e9502

will fit my SIG 556.
Here is a pic of my rifle:

It has the folding/collapsible stock on it.

No, it will not fit. That is designed for the earlier lowers-- the ER version with the M4 style buffer tube.

If you want to add a colapsible side folder to your model you need a DDLES adapter... http://www.shop.doublediamondsupply.com/SIG-Stock-Adapter-for-SIG-Rifles-DDSGADTM401.htm

If you don't need a side folding collapsible stock I HIGHLY recommend the Swiss style stock.

Thanks,of course I already am high bidder on an Ace stock that is for the ER SIG...that is what I get for rushing in.

I will end up getting the Swiss folder as well as Swiss style handguards.

I have the older collapsible stock, I may be interested in this if you do not want it.
