What's missing? And is it easy to get?

It is missing the right side of the metal insert that fits into the composite lower. That is also the registered part of the gun if I'm not mistaken. Good luck finding one..... All that is worth is spare parts IMO. Plus you're only 14 years old arn't you?

Not all P22's were created equal. Some series are better than others. My early P22 functions perfectly. I have also done some of the modifications described in the "P22 Bible" to increase reliability. Mine has always worked perfectly with CCI mini mags or stingers. If I install the 5" barrel I can even shoot bargin box 22 ammo with little trouble.
