The C&R forum is where you end up when you have built every possible FAL variant, and are now broke and destitute and reduced to hunting for Turk Mausers with cracked stocks that are on sale........... :( :( :(

No, no. The C&R forum is where we go while our FAL parts are backordered and have nothing else to build. You have to keep the inventory rotating ya know.
You do have the broke and destitute part right. LOL.

Now just what is wrong with cracked stock Turd, oops, I mean Turk Mausers :p I resemble that remark, especially the broke and destitute part since the Garand "addiction" took hold. I just thought FALs were addictive. :rolleyes: ;)

In my case, anything that you put a brass cartridge case into and goes BANG I find addicting.

How can anyone lust after JUST FALs? Kinda like saying "I will only look at blondes and ignore brunettes or redheads". Just ain't natural.

Everyone should have, in addition to their FALs, at least one of each of the following

- SKS
- M1 Garand
- M1 Carbine
- M1903
- Swede M1896
- Swiss K31
- Finnish M39
- MAS 59/66
- FN 49
- Win 94
- SMLE No.1

and those are just the rifles, and even it isn't a complete list. Dammn, this is a sick hobby.
