They are on Ebay sometimes. I got mine there. It was mint. Northridge International has some I think but they might not be in super condition.

Are you trying to find a bayonet to match a particular FN-49 contract rifle? Bayonets for Luxembourgs, Belgians, Egyptians, and the 15" for Venezuela are frequently available. If you have an Argentine FN-49 - those are tough to find.
Let me know which rifle you have and I might be able to point you to a correct bayo. If you're not concerned about which contract the bayo is from then, as Squint said, there are nearly always FN-49 bayonets available on Ebay (these have lately been Belgian-contract bayos).
If you do have an FN-49, have you participated in my survey yet? If not, let me know which rifle/caliber you have and I'll send you or post the survey questions.
Thanks,
Goose

Goose 52, I put my rifle's info on the survey yesterday. I found the survey in the General Discusson section. I think my info is currently 2nd from the end. Just bought this FN 49 2 days ago. After I posted this question concerning a bayonet, I actually found one listed for sale in the Marketplace section of the Files.I didn't realize there was more than one type of bayo, so I offered to buy it for 25.00 + shipping.Hopefully its a match. Thanks everyone for replies.

Thanks for contributing to the survey. Since they created this C&R Forum, I haven't been spending any time in the GD forum. I'll go over there and check out your data.
Thanks again (your rifle will be about the 260th in the data base!).
