WTK: Value of Century Polish underfolder??

A friend has found himself in need of cash A.S.A.P., and has a clean Century Polish underfolder 7.62x39. It's put together nicely, and looks nice. Functions well.
He also mentioned something about having the large front trunnion. That meant nothing to me, never heard of different trunnions. What's that about?

Anyhow, he asked me what it's worth and I have no clue.

What's it worth?? What should I tell him?

That's what I told him but I wasn't sure if it was correct. I needed to verify because I hadn't been paying attention to values the last few months.
