ATF visited my house today for C&R application and...

every thing went well. i was not arrested :D
two agents showed up and just confirmed all the info on my application. looked at my drivers and pistol license. explained how the whole process works. asked if i had any questions. they were very nice. they said that i should receive FFl in about a month.
monday will be 90 days it looks like it will take close to 120 days before i get it :(
i think i know why its taking so long in my area. the ATF used to be stationed in the would trade center, so they are working out of a temporary office right now.

Falover if I remember right I think you said you were from L.I. if so the ATF has an office in Melville thats where they came from when they took my MKS receivers and that was in Feb.

Back when I had my FFL any of the dealings I had with the ATF were positive, they always seemed to be helpful. They do have some good people working for them.
