its the prettiest Gales1 model 6 I have ever seen.probably showed up in a soldiers pocket
during ww2. manufactured in Brescia Italy
Oops ! I think thats a model 9. but I dont
show a listing for a model 9 in 25 cal.

IMO looks like the model 9, the small recesses in the grip for the fingertips gives it away. They made them in .22,6.35mm and 7.65 with a myriad of finishes,engraving,grip material and shape.

Thanks for the info everyone.

It belongs to wife's Grandmother. Her grandfather passed away a few years ago. He was, for some reason around Italy in the eary to mid forties. We did not know it existed until recently. I am the collector in the family so here is to hoping.

Value, anyone? It will not be sold only want to know.
