Does anyone know anything about these rifles? They appear to be a scaled down FAL that fires .223. I could dig on the idea of a baby FAL. All I know about them is they will except M-16
mags and they are a little heavy for the round, but man that would be cool.

non to be had,as far as i know.
brazil is also converting .308`s to .223
closest your gonna get is Meeper`s conv.
or preban springfield sar-??.

The Imbel MD3A1 (fixed stock, semi only) was imported as the Springfield Armory SAR4800 in 5.56mm. They pop up for sale every once in awhile.
Not scaled down, most parts are the same including receiver.
There hopefully will be Imbel 5.56 conversion kits imported sometime in the future.
