I was looking at signing up for a CRFFL and noticed that you could apply as a partnership. Could two people, say my father and I, sign up as a partnership and pay one fee and use the same CRFFL? Are there any drawbacks to this that I am not seeing? Thanks for your help.

Bailey,
only drawback i can see is the guns have to go to one address. you doin this to save $30?
i think id want my own for this kind of $ then you dont have to log each others guns and the hallowed (you will know what i mean in time) bbt can deliver the new treasures directly to each of your homes.

My understanding of the 'Partnership' as listed on the form is that it refers to a Business Entity (Partnership vs Corporation) and not just You and some Friend / Relative getting together to collect C&R's.

Jen is correct.
It is somewhat strange why a person could have that option on the application, other than say a museum or structured private collection which would allow others to purchase for the collection as a whole.
Who knows?

Thanks for the replies. I was a little unsure of the partnership thing so I'll just sign up as an individual. Did you know the G series FALs are listed as a C&R, I wish I had a source for those.
