I called the ATF about 10 years ago to get one and they gave me such a run around I gave up on the idea, is it easier now?

Remember I live in the free state of Kali, things are much different here. The state know better than the citizens on how to run their lives.

Look at the sticky Jen put at the top of the forum.

Request the paperwork, fill it out, send in with a check or MO and wait for the wheels to get put into motion!
