i have about decided to get the baby eagle .45 acp, after much lookin around. the size is nice & compact, its steel, 10 rd mags, rail, fits my hand very well, well proven using muzzie targets. the double action pull was a bit rough, but i assume it will smooth out. any opinions before i pull the lanyard on this? it is based on the cz75 design, and i know baby eagle is a puss name for a weapon.

My IWI Baby Eagle in .45 acp is quite the shooter. Little heavy but is extremely accurate w/ 185 grain +P and 200 grain. Gotta Luv the israelis. Other nice thing is it takes EAA Witness mags as well

It should - the slide and frame are made in Italy by Tanfoglio.:shades:
Good solid pistol, enjoy it.

Is there any love for the CZ 97?

Beat me to it. Have you checked out the 97? Mine was a sweet shooter.

I found the 97 to have a larger grip contour which doesn;t fit me as well as the Baby Eagle. Other than that I like the CZ97
