Have to pay attention to the dialogue, but very well done.

"Coriolanus is a tragedy by William Shakespeare, believed to have been written between 1605 and 1608. The play is based on the life of the legendary Roman leader, Caius Marcius Coriolanus."

I guess if you wait long enough it's not plagiarism.

That would be Cornholio, and Anus combined I reckon?

Hmmm,

Looks very interesting and apropos for the time. Shakespeare proves once again there is nothing new under the sun. His work will probably move through time unchanged for another 500 years if we are lucky.

Thanks for the post.

Cool trailer.

When I saw a write up on it a few months ago, it was described more as a stage play put on screen. This trailer makes it look a lot more action packed that a stage play could every be.

Bought this one, based solely on the previews, and the heritage of the story.

Excellent movie

funny to watch a movie written 500 years ago about stuff that happened 1500 years ago, and realize it's still relevent

people haven't changed, despite how badly we want to

I really wanted it to be good...I was disappointed. I'm really not a Shakespeare person and knew that going in. Knife fighting and Shakespearian dialogue in a modern film was the culprit. I did like the look of the film- it had a Balkan conflict look to it.

I saw Fiennes on "Charlie Rose" a few months back talking about it.
