" Elko police tell us that after last year's bust the parents of some of the teens on that trip sued the bus company, and the company that arranged the trip for negligence. "

Well, at least they're learning personal responsibility...

They must have heard about the LDS storage foods and figured they would have all the munchies they could want.

Maybe they could have just cited them into court on a non-custodial arest and have them appear in front of a Judge instead of taking them to jail or a JDC. Same thing, but then some of them may learn a little lesson. Maybe not....

This part jumped out at me-

Elko police say they're now investigating the bus company, Divine Transportation, and the independent tour group, Summer Winter Action Tours, who put the trip together.

Police say if something like this happens again, not only will the drivers be arrested for endangering teens and transporting drugs across state lines - but the buses will be seized.

Hmmmm, that's scary if you own the bus or are the driver.

Solution??TSA searches everyone getting on every bus crossing state lines?See where this is going?

Another 50 years (and trillions of dollars/lives) and we'll win this War on Drugs!!

So now it is up to the bus company to search all their passengers? That seems to be what the cops and parents are saying.

Probably not the Police, but the Prosecutors, actually.
