I really think that I may want to dip my toes into the 6.8 and Aug waters.
The thought occurred to me that perhaps I should combine those thoughts!

Of course I also would like to add a suppressor to that combo as well!

So, is an MSAR the best bet? I understand from my limited research that there aren't many 6.8 MSARs out there, or that parts may be limited.

Any pointers? Want to talk me out of this?

Sad to say MSAR went Chapter11, so who knows if they will get the rifle business up again. They had a lot neat ideas, but no business sense. I mean, a metric shit tome of 9mm MCS's could have been sold, but just hype and big talk. There is a bullpup forum over on ARFCOM that gets a lot more traffic than this. I seem to remember some teething problems on the 6.8 MSAR, but it has been awhile. I know there may be some conversions for the 5.45 x 39 available from Ratworx, but haven't seen a 6.8 in awhile.

The 6.8 guns are pretty much GTG, the 7.62x39 often require a lot of tweaking.

Seems to be a lot of companies offering dreams they can't sell nowadays. I've come to ignore people who promise ridiculously cool stuff now.
