In TX it seems that driver's who have just passed a speed trap will warn oncoming traffic of the trap by flashing their lights repeatedly.

Same here in TN. I'm sure it won't take long for there to be an ordinance making THAT illegal.

It struck me a few years ago that I hadn't noticed any fellow motorist flash a warning,,,figgered it was something not passed on to the current generation.

It's the custom here in Colorado, but people rarely do it...except for me.

I'm fighting (as in going to trial) over a 19 mph over ticket here in a suburb of Denver....and, NO, I DO NOT live in that liberal cesspool.

I always flash, but be careful that his buddies aren't up the road a ways to ensnare the complacent in a multi-layer speed trap, as they will probably harass you and give you some kind of BS ticket.
