Ram one of these into the chamber as far as it will go.

Then yank it out.
The bristles will grab the spent case.

That is a great method for a regular type stuck case. But what the OP has will not come out with a brush or even a case extractor. He might be able to use a 3/8 fine thread tap and extract it though. But I doubt it. When they blow like that, it is as if the case gets welded inside of the chamber.

Yup,
thanks guys for the input.. The trick with the tap I already tested... nothing..
So I guess it will be buying a reamer..

No need to buy. Go here. http://www.reamerrentals.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=87
I have done business with them several times and the transaction could not be smoother nor easier. In your case, a solid pilot reamer would do fine.
I would caution you to give the throat area a very hard and thorough inspection after you have used the reamer. That brass is the devil to get out and it may have stuck in the grooves of the rifling where the reamer cannot go.

While you are waiting to decide on the method to use and the tools to do it, go to your local True Value hardware store and pick up some rubber stoppers. Stick one in the chamber to seal it up, point the muzzle up and pour in some penetrating oil. I use Kroil, but 3 in 1 or PB Blaster will also work. Pour in enough to cover the case mouth and throat area. Let it soak while waiting, refilling as needed. Did this for a week on a 7.62x54 case that did the same thing. Screwed the tap back in and the case just popped out. Still had to clean up the chamber with some scotchbrite pads to remove some of the roughness.

sarco sells a cam over tool made by israelis for removing stuck cases. check it out. I have two of them where are you located. I have used a .410 shotgun brush like above with good success. You could plug the chamber and fill it with shooters choice for a couple hours.
