Well, well, it seems this was perpetrated by " DynCorp, the US company whose employees were involved" and one way or the other by our tax dollars/national debt.

Dancing our way to victory in Afghanistan, one mispent billion after another. :rolleyes:

Actually this is part of the new unofficial "Don't ask Don't Tell Policy" that Obama wants instituted at all levels.

The proof is in the fact that neither Bush nor Cheney, or Halliburton or Bechtel, nor Blacwater-Xe, seem to be involved.
