Here's an 8 min you-tube on it. He slows it down so you can see. The period dress looks about right, but I think the shoes, which he scopes in on, are really long. Oh, yes, she talking on a cell phone- which is the contention. Anyway, enjoy...

Edit- Looks like she is talking on a cell phone. Sorry.

Assuming of course it's a time traveler from our time! Possibly it's a time traveler from a future date that has developed a time warp cell phone, so you can still check in on the loved ones while doing lines with Sigmund Freud.
Thats the beauty of such speculation, anything is possible. Who's to prove anything? Like somehow somebody owes this guy an explanation.
Maybe it was some wacko talking into his long lost wife's makeup case thinking he has made contact. Over the years I have seen any number of people carry on complete conversations with themselves. But because we currently see people everyday yakking similarly on a cell phone the better, more logical explanation is obviously time travel?
Which reminds me, has anyone seen that movie 'Happy Accident'? Excellent time travel movie. Vincent Donofrio is excellent. It's a bit of a chick flick to keep the ladies happy, but with enough twists for us guys.

Hate to spoil it but it looks like she is trying to hide her face as she is being filmed. Probably talking to herself about the situation.

I have been working with a physicist on a project to go back in time. I am sure that it is being done, from the future or past, right now.
I suspect too, that the Nazis' are, back in time, trying to go back and stop our Normandy Invasion AND ruin the development of the P-51.
After all, the P-51 was designed by a German, named Edgar Schmued, who came here from Germany, to fix the Nazis. He was probably a time traveler.
Maybe the war would have gone onto 1948 without the Mustang.
Think of it this way.
We are seeing some stars that are 5 billion light years away.
They are seeing our Earth Planet as a smoking lump of lava.
We however know better, as we have a 5 billion year head start on their observations.
So, if we can learn inter-dimentional time travel, we can attack them just when they think they are safe!!
I am sure that the many flying saucers we see, are also from the future and represent the degenerated human race, attempting to get back to their roots, here, and eliminate the causes of what happened to them, maybe not so far in our own future, that caused them to mutate.
I''ll bet they have no beer.
It was likely communism and Obama's choces that did it in the future and they are here to stop it.
That woman with the cell phone is recording her impressions for the trip home.
The question is what she fu***d up while she was here.
If you find a time traveler like this one, she was here to try and stop the Tea Party movement, but misjudged the arrival date. She is likely one of the first rudimentary attempts at time travel.
She was here to "get" those, ruining her beloved communist future, like Ronald Reagan, but he was not able to be found by her.
She should have been hunted down and taken care of back then.

You ARE kidding here, right ?? Presuming that you are, I won't spoil the fun with facts, but beyond that I'm not sure I understand how you conclude he was a time traveller..

Actually, present time may be a "hard Stop" so to speak.
If you went out at the speed of light for 2 years and came back faster, say by twice as fast,---- elapsed time of 2 years for the first part of the trip, plus one year for the return--you could come back a year before you even left, or into the past.
But more likely, you would come back to the present day, but a year younger.
That possibility that you would come back in the past is the most fruitful idea.
Traveling at the speed of light or faster is the problem, right now.
