Yes 45 auto. I shoot auto rim brass. Cylinder and Slide shortened the barrel, did the sight, and action job. Model of 1988 or 1989?? Don't remember, and it isn't on the barrel anymore. When I bought it used, it would jam up after a shot or two. I think that the firing pin dent on the primer was dished out enough that it caught the recoil shield when trying to turn the cylinder.:fal:

If it's a M-625-2, it's a 1988. If it's a M-625-3, it's a 1989. My guess is it is a -3, as the -2 has fairly deep rollmarks on the barrel that are hard to remove.

Dash 4, the "model of" was etched into/onto the barrel. If one looks close, "45 cal model" can still be seen, if ya look close.(The "1989' got removed when the barrel was cut). It works really well now. Had to ship it back to Cyl & Slide twice after they worked on it to get the barrel screwed in tight, but now its good to go. Shipping guns sucks-$50 for the ups guy to deliver a package. Its bullsht, seeing as it was their employees that were/are stealing packages.
Thanks for the info, JT.:fal:
